How does a geothermal heat pump work?

The collected heat energy is transferred to the evaporator and then to the processes taking place in the compressor and condenser, allowing the house and tap water to be heated.

Where can a vertical ground source heat pump be used?
A vertical ground source heat pump is one of the two main types of heating system. It works mainly where there is little space available. It should be noted, however, that the geothermal heat pump requires so-called geothermal probes, which are usually installed at a depth of up to 100 metres below the earth’s surface.
